- Rita and Cliff die
- Sadly Rita almost got her immortality back; Immortus just arrived a bit too late.
- Vic becomes a teacher.

- Laura decides to destroy the Bureau of Normalcy, literally burning the Ant Farm to the ground. The look in her face shows sweet catharsis while still feeling the guilt for what she did to her friends the Sisterhood of Dada
- Doom Manor is abandoned.
- Rita's funeral plays on the dark humor of the show; her corpse inflates like a sufflé during the pyre. This forces Laura to poke a hole in the corpse so the hot air escapes (last thing the Doom Patrol need is to piss off Cloverton again, by starting a forest fire); appropriately Rota smells like burning rubber.
- Making it funnier is Jane still trying to sing a requiem even if her tone is saying "what the hell?"
