Fuchtopia is a laboratory operated by Heinrich Von Fuchs in Paraguay. Individuals came to the facility in order to pay to be part of experiments to receive metahuman powers.
History[]
Heinrich Von Fuchs opened Fuchtopia sometime after he created Mr. Nobody. The facility was established to further Von Fuchs’ goal to enhance human beings. Fuchtopia sold powers with low tier options including super strength and flight or the top-tier option, the “Morden” which involved drawing metahuman powers from other dimensions. Von Fuchs was able to operate Fuchtopia by spreading his mind across multiple bodies and having his drones maintain the facility [1]
