The Immortus Initiative or Immortus Project is a project helmed by Niles Caulder in conjunction with the US Military and the Bureau of Normalcy. Its objective was to create a workable method of obtaining immortality, managing to fulfill the aim, leading to the creation of Rita Farr, Larry Trainor, Crazy Jane and Cliff Steele, who gained powers and longevity.
