Isabel Feathers is an actress from Cloverton who played "Blob Lady" in the play Our Town, becoming the hated rival of Rita Farr until she was trapped in the Time Stream after the arrival of Laura De Mille, however, Isabel was able to leave the Time Stream after being possessed by Immortus. She is the main antagonist of season 4.
Eventually, Isabel was brought back to reality thanks to her cult and tried to recover her acting career, but due to the Doom Patrol's recent fame, she became their enemy and chose to become a supervillain when people did not love her for her acting. During her battle against the Doom Patrol, Isabel befriended the Were-Butts, beginning a decades-long musical alliance, and in gratitude, she restored longevity to her former enemies.
