Lucy Fugue was one of Kay Challis's many alters. Lucy Fugue was an electrokinetic alter with an echoing voice. In the underground, she is shown to have metallic pale blue skin. When "Surfaced" in their shared body, several electric veins appear on Jane's face, throat and chest. Jane's voice also becomes echoed when surfaced.

Lucy Fugue was one is one of the many alters of Kay Challis who developed DID due to childhood trauma.
After the Candlemaker made his way into the Underground, Lucy Fugue attempted to defend the other alters, but to no avail.[1]Soon after the others threw Baby Doll and Flaming Katy into the well, Miranda allowed Lucy Fugue along with Silver Tongue to take over to kill the Scant Queen. Some time after that however, Lucy was the second alter to go missing after Scarlet Harlot. When Miranda pushes Jane into the Well, she sees that Miranda had also thrown Lucy Fugue and Scarlet Harlot in the Well too, causing both of them to "die" and float among the bodies of Baby Doll and Flaming Katy.
