When Rita Farr was a child she was inspired by her mother, Addie Cramp to be an actress so Rita made a paper doll and glued her mother's eyes from a magazine and called her paper doll, Mademoiselle Roxy and Roxy became the imaginary friend of Rita but as time went by, Rita became a famous actress so she forgot her imaginary friend.
Reunion with Rita[]
When the Doom Patrol arrived at the fair, Mademoiselle Roxy is one of the imaginary friends that Candlemaker summoned to fight the Doom Patrol. When Rita searched for the carousels to find Niles and Dorothy, Roxy surprised her with pride that Rita became an actress as she wished as a child and Rita told her that she is over that dream and that she never wanted to be like her mother and Roxy were shocked and Rita and Roxy faced off in a dance contest on stage.
