Tim was a thief who robbed ATMs in Detroit. He was apprehended by Cyborg.
Biography[]
Tim and his associate, after one successful ATM robbery, attempted to stage a second one. While his associate stood lookout on a corner, Tim held a woman at gunpoint. Before the robbery could go any further, however, the vigilante superhero Cyborg hacked into the ATM, asking to speak to Tim. Cyborg messed with him, before actually approaching him, quickly dispatching him.[1]
