Wallace "Wally" Sage was an former Adman and the leader of the Agents of Immortus. Wally was forced to serve the Bureau of Normalcy as a soldier-at-arms until he left the place and created Flex Mentallo, Torminox and Casey Brinke. Seeking to eradicate his past, Wally set out to assemble a cult to revive the deity Immortus, stealing the Doom Patrol's longevity, but having completed the deity's return, Wally and his agents were killed during the destruction of Orqwith.

Biography

While working on an ad campaign for Mentall-O's cereal, Wally created the character of Flex Mentallo, who eventually came to life. Good for him.
