Theft of the Animal Vegetable Mineral Man[]
After a botched store robbery by new criminal, Steve Larson, nicknamed Animal Vegetable Mineral Man, a reporter for World of Wut? showed the video of the robbery, mocking Larson's failure, deeming him the "stupid villain of the week".
Murder of Bump Weathers[]
Shortly after, the reporter continued talking about Larson, moving on to the news that a funeral would be held for Bump Weathers, who had been killed by Frances the Alligator, talking about Bump's adopted daughter, Clara Steele, which caught the attention of Cliff Steele, who decided to go to Florida to see his daughter.
Gary Gunman Attack[]
World of Wut? reported on how Larson gained his freedom by telling about the metahuman experiments by the late Nazi scientist Heinrich Von Fuchs, causing a descendant of the scientist, Gary Gunman to shoot him, being arrested, but Larson survived thanks to its mineral part.
Return of Isabel Feathers[]
After learning of the rescue of missing actress Isabel Feathers, reporter Jonathan interviewed her to find out what had happened to her, causing Immortus to take control of Isabel, before turning back time and alter the conversation. Later, Jonathan interviewed Isabel, Rita Farr, Laura De Mille and Vic Stone to talk about their heroic lives, reporting on the parade that would be given to the Doom Patrol to rescue to Isabel.
